Doug Straton is Unilever NA’s Vice-President of Digital, eCommerce and Data. Doug leads a number of multi-functional teams that manage and drive pure play and omnichannel eCommerce customers, and work on new revenue streams including venture-backed start-ups, DTC and acquisitions. He also leads the Digital-eCommerce Center of Excellence, which focuses on digital shopper insights, capability and product innovation. Additionally, he drives the NA data, analytics and visualization strategy and governance.
Outside of day-to-day responsibilities, Doug currently advises or is a governance board member for a number of Unilever investments, select VC firms, and plays a key roles in Unilever’s global Digital Transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Doug helped build, run and manage a small haircare company acquired by Unilever, and has had senior leadership and management roles at LVMH, L’Oreal and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
