Group VP, User Experience, Huge
Emily Wengert is Group Vice President for User Experience at Huge, one of the world’s leading experience agencies. In her role, Emily leads many of Huge’s largest integrated retail and ecommerce relationships. Since joining Huge she has driven customer experience design and digital transformation initiatives for companies from Target to Comcast, Google, Gucci, and Loblaws. Emily specializes in the intersection of physical and digital experiences and engaging customers across retail, food service, and communal environments.
Prior to Huge, Emily led creative teams at Digitas, where she oversaw product design for the American Express philanthropic marketing effort Members Project and worked as a freelance journalist.
A frequent speaker on the future of retail and digital business, Emily has spoken at Shop.org, South by Southwest, IxDA, and numerous design conferences. She received a bachelor’s degree in English from the College of William and Mary.
